Mercedes Vision EQXX Sets New Efficiency Record
Impressive Feat Across the Arabian Desert
The all-electric Mercedes Vision EQXX has once again surpassed expectations, setting a new efficiency record on a demanding journey from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to Dubai. Covering 1,010 kilometers on a single charge, the vehicle showcased an unparalleled efficiency of 8.4 miles per kWh.

Unmatched Performance and Innovation
Despite facing the harsh conditions of the Arabian Desert and temperatures up to 34°C, the EQXX's journey ended with an impressive 192 miles of remaining range. This milestone was achieved thanks to its advanced multi-source heat pump and an innovative solar roof equipped with 117 solar cells, which generated an additional 1.8kWh of power.
A Glimpse into the Future
With a total of 14,503 miles covered in tests, the Mercedes Vision EQXX not only pushes the boundaries of EV technology but also hints at the exciting potential for future production models. The car's design, featuring a 0.17 drag coefficient, emphasizes Mercedes' commitment to efficiency and innovation.
